Job Description
Our client is a leading professional consulting firm in the project management of property development and remediation projects. They specialise in the management of complex and strategic projects while maintaining a variety of property related projects of various sizes.
With continued growth and the success on a number of major remediation and property development projects, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their successful team.
Reporting directly to the Senior Project Managers and Project Director, your responsibilities will be managing and assisting with a multitude of tasks ranging from:
* development planning and approvals
* subdivisions and infrastructure construction
* environmental investigations
* remedial works
* consultation programs
* management of specialist consultants and contractors
* tender processes
* contracts administration
To be successful in this position you will:
* be degree qualified, preferably construction, architecture or property related
* have at least 2 years post grad experience
* exude confidence
* have leadership qualities
* excellent communication and organisation skills
