Our client is a National Insurance Agent specialising in the management of workers’ compensation claims. The company pride themselves on being experts in their field.

As an injury Management Advisor you will contribute to the development and promotion of injury management strategies. You will focus on early injury recovery, stable return to work and appropriate medical intervention.

To be successful in this position you will have:

A tertiary qualification in either Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy with at least 1 year’s of clinical experience within your field of Allied Health
Working knowledge and understanding of compensable schemes and/or case management (desirable)
Extensive knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures, including the forms of treatment applicable to injury;
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
Effective conflict management and time management skills
Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to coaching or supervising other professionals
Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
