Reporting to the Construction/General Manager you will be a key member of the leadership team. Your focus will be on design development, value engineering, cost saving opportunities, execution and D&C buildability. Your key relationships will be with varying parties within the Project Control Group (PCG) and the client, providing workable solutions throughout the design, construct and delivery process of stage one ($90mil) of this retail development in the North of Melbourne
The role requires an experienced Design Manager with a past history of project valuing in excess of $30mil (you could also be looking to step up to the role) and strong communication and engineering skills.
