Position Overview
You are an experienced Jnr Project Manager / Project Engineer with established experience in the commercial and retail sector. Although a results oriented individual is important, a person that regards people management and personal satisfaction is greatly valued. You will be responsible for the activities of subcontractors and that each phase is met on budget and on time. It's important that projects are a reflection of client specifications and that best practice also ensures a safe and efficient workplace. The initial project is a $90mil retail development in the North of Melbourne. Furthermore, the retail sector has been marked as an opportune area for the business and is key part in their growth strategy.

The role requires a solid operator and aspiring professional with a past history of project valuing in excess of $20mil (you could also be looking to step up to the role) and strong communication and building skills.
