Job Description
My client is a small Architectural practice with a solid reputation within the residential sector. The Partners handle all client liaisons, concept design and contract administration of projects and therefore a technically competent Architectural Draftsperson is needed to produce all drawing packages required for planning, tender and construction phases.
Due to the small size of the practice, the role suits an experienced Draftsperson with a solid knowledge of construction and BCA. The ability to work with minimal supervision and willingness to take on a high level of responsibility is required. The firm uses AutoCAD to produce technical drawings and therefore proficiency on this package is essential. A solid history producing drawing packages for Residential houses, both contemporary and traditional styles, would be highly regarded.
The firm is located within the inner east area of Melbourne and is easily accessible by public transport.
