This Hospital is located a 2.5 hour flight North West of Brisbane in Queensland. This Hospital provides Accident & Emergency, General Hospital Care, Medical Clinic services provided from a neighbouring district (1 visit per week), Rural Doctor Placement (1 week in every 6 weeks), Optometrist visit (Private) Allied Health Services include a Social Worker, Speech Pathologist, Community Health Visits Child Health, Mobile Women's Health, Mental Health Team (on request) and an Immunisation Clinic (Child Health).
The Shire has a population of about 1000 people spread over some 23,000 square kilometres, with most of the population employed in the agricultural industry or Government.
Our Client Requires a General Practitioner/Medical Superintendent with Right of Private Practice for a permanent duration, available to commence as soon as possible.
