As a result of a sustained period of growth, an international firm of property and construction consultants are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Sydney office. The role will manage major projects in the commercial, retail and high end residential sectors from the early planning stages through to completion. Working closely with clients, to ensure the successful delivery of projects, the role will require in depth knowledge of the sector in order to successfully manage and develop the clients brief. The role will take full responsibility for coordinating project resources, managing the design process and as well as managing the contractor tendering process.

Candidates will likely be/have;

• Degree qualified in building, engineering or construction related subject
• Proven track record in Project Management, Construction and Fit Out works
• A track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects. preferably across a number of sectors
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
