Job Description
The Flow Smart Group is seeking a Field Labourer to work as part of a team to assemble and install irrigation equipment and components in the field.
The team is based in Griffith and will generally depart on a Monday and head out to regional NSW for the week generally returning on a Friday for the weekend. The company will pay for your travel and put you up in accommodation for the week, and applicable meal allowances whilst out of town.
We are seeking a minimum of a 6 month commitment and you must be available to attend interview in Griffith. Permanent roles are available for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will: - Be a strong team player
- Possess an OHS White Card and have experience in manual labour environment
- Have the ability to work unsupervised and follow direction with precision and some experience in the use hand tools to perform general construction tasks.
A forklift license or experience with plant operation is desirable. How do I apply?
