Job Description
Rundells Alpine Lodge is a AAA Tourism 4 star rated lodge located in the Victorian High Country. Rundells is open year round hosting leisure and business travellers as they pass along The Great Alpine Road. The lodge is family owned and run with a young year round team. Come and experience fresh air, endless mountain views, hiking and biking in summer and an Australian winter in the snow.
Rundells is currently recruiting for a full time Restaurant & Bar Manager. The position will involve working in a fine dining environment in Graze restaurant (recommend in The Age Good Food Guide) and more casual bar service in the lounge bar. Ideally applicants will have at least 2-3 years hospitality experience, and fine dining experience and be competent coffee makers.
The position will commence from the 3rd November, 2011. The role will mainly involve evening work.
