Job Description
This Blue Chip listed Financial Services Group is a leading edge provider of integrated financial products and solutions. With dual reports to a key divisional Manager and Project Director, the purpose of the Project Accountant is to manage projects within Portfolio Services as assigned. The team as it exists has a number of travelers on their WHV that will be, if suitable, sponsored.
The Project Accountant will manage the analysis of plans, budgets and progress reporting for projects as assigned also co-ordinate and obtain financial data across the project to meet reporting requirements. Additionally, provide support to key stakeholders in reporting, risk management, change management and financial reporting to ensure the integrity of the project is maintained.
To ensure an immediate transition into this role, you will possess a solid career to date in Finance and Project Accounting, with proven success in turning complex and diverse results into readily understandable reports able to be communicated across the business. Other skills considered beneficial include strong interpersonal and presentation skills, a commercial approach to delivering value-adding services and the desire to champion change within the business.
