Job Description
Package to AU$368 628 / £239,872 p.a., comprising base salary between $147 491 - $171 318 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), private use of fully maintained vehicle, communications package, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., professional indemnity cover, locality allowance, employer provided accommodation (conditions apply), private practice arrangements plus overtime and on-call allowances.
In this role you will be providing individual clinical psychiatric services for inpatients, outreach centres and assessment and community outpatients. Additionally, assist in the supervision of a multidisciplinary team of clinical staff including medical, nursing and allied health professionals.
As for location, this is a major mental health service right on the coast near the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, providing services for an immediate population of 175,000 plus a much greater catchment.
