Based in Adelaide for 4 days each week, you will hold a key role the team renowned for its academic standing, and may be eligible for an academic co-appointment depending on your qualifications. The main 300 bed acute care public hospital specialises in the care of older people and veterans, with high quality integrated care from the acute stages through to rehabilitation in the world-class facility purpose-built for rehabilitation. The hospital also has strong affiliations with a number of research facilities, some of which have co-located with the hospital. It also has solid teaching foundations in all health disciplines, with a range of educational institutes, including Flinders University of South Australia.

For one day each week you will be flown to one of the state\'s key country health bases, to provide the medical leadership to a well established rehab team, and return same day. So this role offers real interest and challenge, with a diversity of opportunity to stretch your wings in a well supported and positive minded team.
