Job Description

My client is an established mid tier commercial builder with a sound track record of delivering high quality constructions to its clients. Specialising in the construction of commercial and light industrial projects to the value of $15M, my client has an urgent requirement for an experienced hard dollar tender Estimator to joins its team.

As an Estimator, you will be expected to tender for and help win new business and evaluate the different quotes for the construction packages needed on site. You may also be required to assist from time to time with some Contracts Administration including tender negotiations and progress payments.

Skills

You will be tertiary qualified in construction management and have a minimum of 3 years hard dollar estimating experience with a main contractor on commercial projects over $5M. You should also have a good working knowledge of sub contractors in Sydney and posses excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should have plenty of drive, be self-motivated and be goal-oriented with the determination to succeed and bring work in for this already booming commercial group.
