This new opportunity includes provision of acute in-patient and outpatient care and participation in the 24 hour on-call roster. If you can provide Gastrointestinal (GI) Endoscopy procedures (emergency and elective) as part of Endoscopy Team, this would be a real bonus.

The hospital is a 144-bed acute health care facility. It offers general surgery, orthopaedics, obstetrics and gynaecology, medicine, cardiology, nephrology, paediatrics, rehabilitation and it also has an 11-bed intensive care/high dependency unit.

To be considered for this role you will need at least:
- Qualifications acceptable for registration by the Medical Board of Queensland as a Specialist in Surgery
Availability to work shifts and on call
- Ideally a current drivers licence.
