Job Description
Our client is the public health service in one of the more spectacular regions of the North Island of New Zealand. You may well be ideal for this role if you a Specialist Obstetrician Gynaecologist interested in settling for at least a couple of years if not for the longer term in this ideal family location.
This region has around 1,500 births per annum and the O&G roles have a stronger orientation to Gynaecological health. You will:
ˇ be part of a team of 4 Consultants and 3 junior medical staff.
ˇ have responsibility for some in-patient and community clinics
ˇ participate in a 1:4 on-call roster.
ˇ have an interest in teaching and supervising junior medical staff.
ˇ a salary that includes a generous continuing medical education allowance.
