Position Overview
Manage sites with this building contractor / D&C who operates in the commercial & retail build market's. Amongst others, your projects will include light industrial and institutional new build, from $1 - 5mil. This is a terrific role for a Site Manager with experience across a wide range of project types, to $5m. You should be experienced on commercially-run contracts as their will be some IR exposure. In return, you can expect the autonomy to run your job/s, gain the support of an experienced team at head office, and a remuneration package to $100K, depending on experience.
Duties:
Liaise with clients, architects & consultants
Oversee & coordinate sub contractors
Ensure trades deliver packages to program
Quality Assurance
