Job Description
Plexus Medical Recruitment is seeking applications from exceptional and qualified Psychiatrists to assist in the provision of quality mental health patient services.
The primary purpose of the position is to provide clinical leadership and consultation services and to contribute to the overall development and quality of services. The position also provides direct clinical psychiatry services to patients of the district mental health service and supervision to medical officers and RANCZP trainees.
Selection for these positions requires that you can demonstrate or possess:
• ability to provide specialist mental health care for clients with complex needs in both inpatient and community settings.
• ability to work as a member in a multidisciplinary approach, with leadership ability and effective communication skills.
• ability to participate in teaching at both undergraduate and post graduate levels and demonstrated commitment to continuing professional education including maintenance of personal knowledge and skills.
• commitment to quality improvement and safe patient centred care.
