The Position & You
Reporting into the Construction Manager, this is senior role within the building division, which is a highly successful business unit, going through a lot of growth. Your involvement will commence once the project is awarded, you will then run with the project, putting together budgets, programs, quality procedures/checks, OH&S manual etc... Taking the job to site and delivering projects valuing up to $20mil, and to a high quality, time and target budget or better. You will need to possess experience in the building market (contractor side) and be highly effective when dealing with people, as this role has high client & consultant contact.
The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive remuneration package to around the $150k mark (which you can structure how you want), have full autonomy to manage your own time and deliver projects the way you know how, and potential move into a business leader role (if that's what you want), opportunities are endless with this progressive company...
