Job Description
We are a young, dynamic, direct sales organisation, who recruit new members on behalf of Australia’s New Government Incentive Scheme (Roofing Insulation).
This role will see you working to easily achievable targets, conducting visits to homes (Door to Door), to have conversations about the benefits of free insulation (up to $1600) the Government is offering as part of their new Sustainability Program.
We pay a base hourly rate and have a generous, uncapped commission system that can earning you between $40-60,000 on target earnings (OTE). Full time pay for part time hours.
You can achieve this working what could almost be described as part-time/life-style hours, mostly between 3pm and 8pm, Mon to Fri. With lots of time left to pursue other interests or just have a great life-style.
We are looking for driven, energetic; mature in attitude sales professionals with substantial face-to-face sales experience, a drive to succeed and the ability to achieve results.
You will be provided with full training and on-going support and development, delivered in a fun team environment.
