Job Description
Our client, a Top Tier Professional Services company based in the heart of the CBD, requires an immaculately presented, professional Personal Assistant to provide support to a Partner.
The main activities/responsibilities will include:
• Preparing presentation materials.
• Diary management
• Organising/attending meetings and events
• Arranging travel
• Formatting documentation on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Answering and dealing with a high volume of telephone calls
• Management of incoming and outgoing post
• Filing and archiving
• Typing and editing the drafts of Annual report and Accounts
Ideally you will have a background in the Professional Services industry and at least 3-5 years experience working at Senior Partner level. Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential as well as a proactive and trustworthy demeanor.
