As Injury Management/Rehabilitation Coordinator you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of clients within a specialist team to achieve quality outcomes. You implement appropriate injury management plans which will assist clients with an acquired disability to return to work and support their independence.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
• Qualification in Physio or OT
• At least 2 years clinical experience preferably within a rehabilitation environment or with compensable clients
• Well developed positive and proactive interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a number of stakeholders
• Strong problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
• An empathetic nature with the ability to make decisive, difficult decisions.
• Capacity to recognize and understand complex medical issues
• Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
