Job Description
MediRecruit Australia is a specialist recruitment agency recruiting Allied Health and WorkCover Industry experienced Professionals into permanent roles across Australia. We currently have positions available within WorkCover Agents, Self Insurers and Employer groups based in Melbourne and Geelong.
We are seeking experienced WorkCover professionals from varying backgrounds who can demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in claims management experience across WorkCover or ComCare
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of the Accident Compensation Act
- Excellent interpersonal and communication style to influence and build mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
- Capacity to recognize and understand complex medical issues
- Eligibility to work permanently in Australia.
