Job Description

This is a paid position. $20.75hr for up to 38hrs+ a week.

We are a family vegetable farm near Ayr in North Queensland growing zucchini and gold squash. We are a Freshcare accredited farm producing high quality vegetables for the fresh food market.

Our postcode qualifies for 2nd working holiday visa and all days worked are signed off.

We currently require extra pickers to support our current 25 backpacker/workers as we prepare for another crop starting in a week. You will need to be fit as this is a physical labour job. Accommodation is available on farm and no transport is needed.

Accommodation on farm and includes all transport to work costs, washing machine & detergent, all bedding + more. On site convenience store/hotel, ping pong table, pool table, x box, TV, free themed Saturday night sausage sizzle ........

Duties include -

Hand picking vegetables in the field as part of a team and placing on a harvest aid for packing.
