New projects have created a Transport Planner opportunity with a recognised Australian Traffic and Transport Specialist firm;

$70k - $90k + super + bonus

You will be located in Sydney with free parking on site and close to public transport. The company is well established and is known for their social, economic and environmental values towards their work and their employees.

You will ideally be a transport planner with great communication skills. You’re engineering related qualifications and considerable proven industry expertise in the transportation field will have prove you to be a success in this position. This opportunity will open a window of future growth within the company enabling you to grow within the business to manage and develop projects as well as your own team of staff. Your key responsibilities as a transport planner within this role will include:

Traffic impact assessments
Development access, parking and circulation layouts
Pedestrian, bicycle and public transport facilities management
Integrated Local Transport Plans/Local Area Plans
Movement System Planning
Previous expertise with the RTA is not a necessity but will be an advantage

Personal Specification:
- 5 plus years expertise in Transport Planning
- Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
- Local expertise is desireable but not essential
